The monthly scope, written down

Every engagement starts with a written boundary. Below is the full monthly scope for a standard Ukrainian PE or LLC, and what stays outside the fee so nothing arrives as a surprise invoice.

Included in the monthly fee 6 items

Bank and cash reconciliation
Every hryvnia account and cash box matched to source documents before the 5th.
Primary document intake
Invoices, acts and waybills collected through the shared inbox and logged on the day they arrive.
Ledger posting
Chart-of-accounts entries in 1C or BAS, with a named reviewer on every journal.
Management report pack
P&L, balance sheet and cash flow issued in English and Ukrainian by the 10th.
Document vault filing
A dated folder tree with a fixed naming convention, ready for an audit request.
Compliance calendar monitoring
Deadline reminders for single-tax filings, with no guarantee of a specific outcome.

Handled separately 4 items

Statutory audit representation
We assemble the file; an independent auditor signs it. Quoted per engagement.
Payroll and HR administration
Available as an add-on priced per headcount, outside the base fee.
Tax dispute litigation
Court representation is referred to counsel and billed hourly.
Historical cleanup
Prior-period reconstruction is priced after a document review.

The fee moves with transaction volume, entity count and document quality. Full tier detail sits on the services page.

Monthly management report

What lands in your inbox on the eighth working day

Every pack opens with the same header block, four summary figures and a footnote naming the preparer. It is issued in English, with a Ukrainian working version for local management, so both sides of the company read the same numbers.
